Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.
