Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or where the safety seal has been broken.
For health and safety reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products are non-returnable once opened.
If a product is returned unused and unopened within the allowed cancellation period for online purchases, it must be in its original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, defective products may be returned within 6 months of purchase.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following remedies:

Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return due to damage or defect:

Proof of purchase must be provided

The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery

Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required

The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible
Refund Processing
Once a return or refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Our products are formulated for cosmetic use only.
Due to individual differences in skin type and sensitivity, results may vary from person to person. The effectiveness of skincare products can depend on many factors including skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of use.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Dissatisfaction with product results does not qualify as a product defect and therefore does not qualify for a refund or return.
Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients to ensure they are not sensitive or allergic to any ingredients used in our formulations.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any skincare product.
We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
